Shark Savers
Shark Savers was started by divers who care deeply about the oceans and sharks as a result of their experiences underwater. Shark Savers protects sharks by focusing on projects on both the "demand" side and the "supply" side of the problem: lowering demand for shark fin soup and creating Shark Sanctuaries. Its programs enable divers, shark enthusiasts, and conservationists to participate in international efforts to educate consumers of shark fin soup and the public about the importance of sharks.www.sharksavers.org
