New species of Capuchin monkey found in Brazil.

26/10/2006 00:00:00 A new spcies of Capuchin monkey has been discovered in North Eastern Brazil it has been reported in Zootaxa scientific journal. The monkey, the Blond capuchin, or 'Cebus queirozi' was discovered by professor Montes of the university of Pernambuco. Unfortunately only 1 group of 18 individuals were found so it is believed that they are highly endangered.
