The winners of the http://www.rarebirdsyearbook.com/ competition have been announced. The author was looking for photos of the rarest birds in the world, those categorized as Critically Endangered, to be featured in the next edition of Rare Birds Yearbook.

An important objective of Rare Birds Yearbook is to create funds to save these rare birds. That is why £4.00 for every book sold is donated to the partner in this project, BirdLife International http://www.birdlife.org/ , to be used for the protection and conservation of these exclusive species.
