Little Bush Reserve - Forest and Bird
The reserve is managed by Forest and Bird. It contains a broad mix of native plant species, including kahikatea, matai, rimu, hinau, lemonwood and pokaka, with several trees that are 500 years old. Despite its small size, the Little Bush Reserve is notable for the constant birdsong, particularly bellbird and tui.

Location: The reserve is located on Little Bush Road, 5kms from Napier & Puketitiri.
Dogs are not allowed within Little Bush Reserve - this is to protect indigenous wildlife and farm stock.
