Tangiaro Stream - Brown teal
The mouth of the Tangiaro Stream, near Port Charles on the Coromandel, is a brilliant place for watching brown teal and you can spot waders in the estuary at the same time. There are also banded rail and crakes nearby.
Highlights: Brown teal.
Location: Just off Port Charles Road, about 1 kilomtere west of Port Charles.
